DW20 lock-up mechanism

Determination of locking time

Since Bitcoin can randomly generate addresses, for fairness, we have stipulated lock-up tiers for different coin-holding amounts and coin-holding times. A Bitcoin address may appear often in the ledger, and the address age should be calculated based on the latest address. Address age refers to when an address first generated a Bitcoin address and applied for the DW20 airdrop. One point will be awarded if the address is over one year old, and no points will be given if it is less than 0.5 years old. If the period exceeds one year, 0.08 points will be awarded for each month exceeded, and no points will be awarded for periods less than one month.

One Bitcoin in the account address is worth 1 point. Less than one Bitcoin is also scored according to face value, and the scoring unit is rounded to two decimal places. The coins of this address may change throughout the period. We calculate based on the number of coins held by the address on the application date.

If the algorithm is simple, there will be less controversy.

The provisions are as follows:

If the sum of address age and Bitcoin reaches 50 points, it is called a Gold account;
Reach 25 points to get a Silver account;
In the same way, a score of 12.5 is called a Bronze account;
The Iron account is called at 6.25 points;
3.125 points Tin account;
The Card account must reach 0.5 points or above.

Unlicensed addresses will receive half the bonus every period. We represent them with six types of medals for traders to identify. Six types of medals are available to differentiate between different lock-in periods.

The minimum lock-up time for Gold medals is 30 days, and the lock-up time for cards and unlicensed cards is 270 days. See the DW20 white paper.

2. Excerpts from the distribution of the equity token CLY on the chainless platform

The coin issuance plan for chainless coins is as follows:

1. Coin issuance method

Chainless coins are not issued according to time but according to the number of users participating. “Participation equals mining.”

2. Coin issuance cycle

Referring to the growth cycle rhythm of Bitcoin, the rapid growth period is estimated to be 72 months; the stable growth period is estimated to be 72 months. Due to the uncertainty of those involved, this cycle is only conceived as a goal.

3. Coin issuance structure

The total issuance of chainless coins is 2 billion and will never be issued additionally.

The total amount of chainless coin issuance is distributed according to the ecological community, user community, marketing, and other sectors. The specific amounts are as follows:

Ecological community incentive 30% 600 million

User community incentive 30% 600 million

Marketing 6% 120 million

Strategic investors 5%~10% 150 million (estimated at 7.5%)

Project sponsor 15% 300 million

Special note: The 15% role of the project sponsor is equivalent to 5.42% of the Bitcoins held by Satoshi Nakamoto. 4. Lock-up mechanism

The project sponsors, Li Bing, and Zhu Weisha, lock up their positions for 12 years and release them linearly every year.

Investments, foundations, and Beijing Institute of Technology Zhuhai Branch are all locked up for 6 years and released linearly every year.

Ecological communities are locked up for 3-6 years, of which ecological support projects are locked up for 6 years and released linearly every year.

The consultant and He Weiqiang locked up for 3 years and released it yearly.

User community, promotions, and other aspects are locked for 3 years and released linearly every year.

Since the coins obtained from mining are uneven, they are subject to the difficulty of adjusting coin-sending rules. See the algorithm below for difficulty adjustment.

Linear release means evenly released every day according to the lock time limit.
